    The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 infant.

  1. To confirm your reservation, a prepayment is required via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, during check-in.
  2. Once the prepayment is received, your selected dates will be closed from all booking platforms to secure your reservation.
  3. After the reservation is confirmed, we kindly request the guest’s full name, phone number, and passport number/ Greek Tax ID (ΑΦΜ), for registration purposes.

All reservations require a prepayment via bank transfer to confirm the booking. This prepayment is non-refundable.

  • Children Policy

    Children are welcome. However, please note that we do not provide baby cots, high chairs, or other baby equipment. As the apartment has one bedroom, infants will need to sleep in the bed with their parents.

  • Pet Policy

    We welcome pets upon request. Approval must be granted in advance, so please let us know the type and size of your pet before booking. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

  • No parties or events

  • No loud noise or music 

  • Smoking is allowed outdoors only

  • Please respect the property and its contents

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight

  • Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment

  • Children and pets must be supervised at all times
